Chief Executive Officer
Graham Thrall
After completing his PhD in Biological Sciences, Graham joined Tata Steel in 2007 where he spent 4 years working within the logistics & shipping division, managing procurement and logistical activities for their UK business units. Graham relocated to Singapore in 2011 to take up a role with Agility Logistics, before joining X-Press Feeders in 2012 as a Trade Manager for their Far East & Southeast Asia to India-Subcontinent trades. In 2015, Graham moved to Panama to take charge of X-Press Feeders’ commercial activities in the Americas. Graham moved to Hamburg in 2018, following a brief stint in Barcelona, as General Manager for North Europe, overseeing X-Press Feeders trade, commercial, operation and customer service teams for the region.
Graham joined Transliner in early 2023 as Chief Executive Officer, where he is responsible for delivering the Group’s ambition of becoming the leading Non-Vessel Operating Carrier (NVOCC) in Asia.

Head of Trade and Network
Charlene Teo
Charlene is an accomplished Cargo Solution Specialist, with 25 years of experience in the shipping industry.

After beginning her career in NYK trade team in 1999, Charlene has held various positions in operations and partnerships, network design team, and business development for APL, NYK, UASC and China United Lines. Prior to joining Transliner, Charlene headed up the NVOCC container division at Legend Logistics.
​
With a steadfast commitment to the shipping sector, Charlene remains focused on staying ahead of the curve, in alignment with Transliner's vision to become the leading NVOCC.

Head of Equipment & Projects
Serene Tan
With over 16 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, Serene has, prior to joining Transliner, held roles with DHL, SDV, Fuji Xerox, Hermes-Epitek, Croda, and Cordelia, covering the disciplines of shipping coordination, supply planning, commercial operations, and network & capacity management.

In 2024, Serene joined Transliner as Head of Equipment & Projects, leading a group of seven specialists in the management of equipment lifecycles, procurement, and optimization. In parallel to her Equipment portfolio, Serene is involved in driving the development and implementation of system upgrades to enhance workflows and achieve cost reductions for the group. Through her leadership, Serene has successfully streamlined operational processes, significantly improving efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Director (India)
Jayarajan Pariyadath
With over 20 years of experience in Shipping Industry and working with Shipping Line and Multinational Freight Forwarding Co, in different capacities in and outside India, Jayaraj joined as Commercial Manager - India based in Mumbai in 2016 and within 05 years (2021), he took responsibility as Line Manger with X-Press feeders based in Dubai.
Jayaraj joined Transliner in January 2024 as Director in India overseeing, developing, and managing company’s mission stationed in Chennai.

Regional General Manager (Dubai)
Biju Mathew
Biju have joined Transliner Shipping LLC on October 2019 as General Manager looking after Transliner business interest in Persian Arabian Gulf and Red Sea.
Over 20 years have worked with Norasia Line and Samudera Shipping Line prior to thisassignment. He considers Transliner Shipping as a professionally managed entity where one can express their creative views and ideas to practice. Let this platform be a grooming place for many to come in.

Country Manager (Singapore)
Khoo Kai Ling
A passionate container shipping specialist with over 18 years under her belt.
Kai Ling brings a wealth of experience and network from managing named account clients to strategizing and leading a team of dedicated colleagues to grow the Singapore market for the Group.

Kai Ling joined Transliner as Country Manager of Singapore in 2023.

Country Manager (Indonesia)
Shiran Samuel
Shiran started his career in the shipping industry in 2005, where he has held Business Development, Marketing and Liner roles with a variety of different companies, such as Transworld Group, MISC, H&H Lines and GCS.
Shiran joined Transliner in July 2022 as Country Manager to lead and spearhead our presence in Jakarta, Surabaya and Belawan.

Chief Financial Officer
Allen Teo
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, with a robust background spanning close to 30 years in accounting and finance, Allen has navigated a variety of financial landscapes with passion and insights. From overseeing budgets and financial reporting to optimizing operational efficiencies, Allen brings a wealth of experience in driving financial success. His career has been defined by a commitment to precision, strategic financial planning, and fostering sustainable growth. Prior to joining Transliner, Allen has spent more than a decade as Group FC for one of the world’s largest feeder operators.

Head of Commercial
Zack Qu
With more than a decade of experience in the international shipping and logistics sector, Zack has a track record of delivering market expansion, corporate growth, and developing enduring client relationships.

Prior to joining Transliner in 2024, Zack has held positions for DAMCO, PIL, Cordelia and ZIM/GSL, covering the disciplines of trade, pricing, performance management, and commercial strategy.

Zack is currently the Group Head of Commercial at Transliner, where he oversees the company's commercial strategy, focusing on market expansion, client relations, and customer service delivery.

Zack aims to sustain Transliner's current growth trajectory, focusing on changing the perception of the NVOCC and making Transliner the market leader in Asia and beyond.

Head of Human Resource
Veronica Dela Cruz
A seasoned human resource professionals with more than 12 years of experience across various industries, including Harry Elias Partnership LLP, P5 Holdings, and Inhabit Singapore.
A results-oriented individual committed to the growth of people and organizations. Responsible in designing, recommending, and implementing human resources strategies and policies that support corporate objectives. Proficient in talent management, employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning and placement, and performance management.
Veronica enjoys working in a multicultural and vibrant team and look forward to making Transliner a dream workplace for everyone.

Country Manager (China)
Sunny Wang
Sunny has around 30 years experience in different fields of shipping industry. CNC Line started his first job in shipping industry and around 6 years overseas experience in CNC Indonesia, China Qingdao & CNC Vietnam. Since 2004 till end of 2019, served Singamas group, UASC, Hapag-Llody, Antong Shipping in different management roles in China. Great honor to join Transliner to contribute his experience as China owner’s representative in Oct 2023.

Country Manager (Malaysia)
Saji Lawrence
Saji has worked in the shipping and logistics business for more than 16 years, giving him a broad foundation in a variety of fields. He started his career with Yamaha and HDFC Bank, where he gained solid experience in customer service, sales, and business operations. After that, Saji moved into sales for TransAsia. He was able to succeed and advance in the field because to his proficiency in freight operations, logistics, and sales.

Saji was the company's Commercial Head prior to taking on his present position as the Country Head of Transliner in Malaysia in 2019, where he was instrumental in promoting operational effectiveness and business growth.

Managing Director (Thailand)
Viphuda Poemkamlangsap
Good planning minimizes complications.
Viphdua possesses broad logistics and shipping experience. Prior to joining Transliner Maritime Co., Ltd., she was the Marketing Manager for Kase Shipping Thailand in 2012. She joined Transliner as Trade Manager in 2021 and later became Managing Director, overseeing the company's growth in Thailand. She is devoted and responsible for achieving the company's maximum potential and growth. She loved collaborating with the talented and dedicated staff.
Viphuda's goal is to make Transliner Maritime Co., Ltd the top NVOCC in Thailand.
