About the Role
This role will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new leads, creating sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Requirements
Formulate, and execute sales strategy across both client acquisition and retention.
Understanding of our key service segments and products.
Ensure that our services remain competitive within the market.
Ensure that sales targets are met by tracking and driving performance KPIs.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance and activity metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 Years experience in Indonesian shipping industry specially in NVOCC & Freight forwarding sales.
Create new customers and maintain existing customers allotted by company.
Develop sales enquires, sales follow up and after sales support.
Good communication skills for exceptional customer service.
Willingness to work and achieve the targets set by company.
Proficiency to speak & write English language.
Qualification :- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field
